Mr. Sapp’s 10th graders took a field trip to the Warhawk Air museum in Nampa Idaho today and had the pleasure of meeting a living legend Mr. Ernie Ferguson. His platoon’s mission was to create a landing strip on an island in Japan. During this mission there were over 20,000 US soldier wounded or killed. Ernie made it! And he took the time to talk to us and shake our hands!! Thank you for your service Mr. Ferguson!
